Missing MIMEOLE in mails originating from Scalix

Postby tuxx-home.at » Mon Feb 16, 2009 12:54 pm

Hey there,

please forgive me if this is the wrong subforum but I don't know where it should belong to.
I noticed that mails generated from the Scalix Server (using the Outlook Connector or the Scalix Webmail) have some issues with MIMEOLE headers as it seems, at least spamassassin reports that to be the case.

The problem with that is, that spamassassin assigns 1.4 points for this issue and personally, I do have the spamassassin threshold set to a very restrictive 2.0 level, so, anything else that's wrong with these e-mails (no subject, short body tag, etc.) will have it marked as spam.

Here's the spamassassin output:

Code: Select all

1.4 MISSING_MIMEOLE        Message has X-MSMail-Priority, but no X-MimeOLE

Is there something I have configured wrong on my side or is this true for every scalix
installation?

TIA,
Alex

If it's not in the headers, you will have to take it up on Scalix Bugzilla. However, do note that it is an optional header, so you shouldn't expect it to be present.
