New User Not Receiving Email

All other users except this one can send and receive email

I deleted a user with CLI because I could not delete with SAC and recreated the account. Now the account is there and I can login to webmail and send but I can not receive any mail. I get NDR

Message could not be delivered to the following recipient:

user@ourdomain.com

because: Recipient name not found at destination

If Local Delivery is bouncing it, restart Local Delivery to make sure it's looking at the latest system directory.
