C00001 could not get freebusy data

Hello all.
When I try to use the api to access the freebusy data:
I get the following:
I've googled/looked at the API documentation (which doesn't match the error message). I'm using Scalix version 11.4.1. Any ideas what might be wrong? Your help is greatly appreciated.
