How to DENY BCC outgoing emails?

Postby m15t1k0 » Mon Sep 01, 2008 9:12 am

Hello,

I need to block or deny anyone trying to send BCC emails, meaning if someone adds addresses to the BCC field the server would not allow him/her to send it. How can I do it? Is it an SMTP configuration?

Please help me.

Thanks in advance

There's a chapter in the Administration Guide about Message Filter Attributes. One of the possible attributes is the BCC-COUNT. I think this will do the trick for you.

Documentation at Admin Guide is a little vague, I don't really understand what do I have to do to add the rules or ruleset, and I can't locate example of what I need.

Did anyone have accomplished this that can give me an example?

Or maybe I just need an example of ruleset applied containing the Message Filter Attributes for BCC-COUNT in use.
