Problems with read receipt (Lesebestätigung)

Hello,
We installed the scalix server a few days ago. Most things work fine so far, but same users told me that their read receipt answer is comming from an sender whos called "MAIL-SYSTEM". Is it possible to change this? Normaly there should be the name of the sender.
It is also not possible to create an automatic rule to these objects?
Anybody of you an idea?
Kind regards
dweed

Semantically this is correct, as it's not the user's client that generates the read/delivery receipt, but the server itself. However, the best is to wait for Scalix to evaluate the enhancement request.
Right now it's not easy to filter server-side on receipts only, this is best done client-side.

Valerion, i am waiting for several other requests to get fixed

But this is not the issue atm.
How is it done client-side? I really don't get you right now.

POP3 and IMAP clients generate the read (not delivery) receipts themselves, the server does not generate it. In this case, it's the client that drafts the email, and as such the user is the sender.
In the case of Outlook/MAPI connections, the read receipts settings in the client are completely ignored. Instead, as soon as the message is displayed by the client, the client lets the server know and the server then generates the read receipt. So the client is not even aware whether a read receipt has been generated or not, and neither does it care.

ok, the only solution to handle this on client-side would be to use IMAP for these accounts.
thank you for your patience

We have the same problem using Scalix 11.4.3
But using IMAP is not a solution! Is there any option on console to change this behavior?
