Hi,

I might have missed something simple but I just can't figure out how to make john.doe@domain.com go to like someone@gmail.com or something similar.

I have found Internet mail user, I thought it was the solution but I can only find one adress there? Only incoming or only outgoing?

I also found a addfw.sh-plugin, but this wont work here because I have several admins in different mailnodes.

Please help me out here.

Regards,
Johan

You can use the sxaa command to create rules on an account.

For example: sxaa --user <username> --redirect user@gmail.com

But this is not ok för ordinary joe users which will be our adminstrators. Got to the an easier way of handling this?

Else, Scalix is no option.. :/

Just set up an autoredirect in the client then?

This means setting up an ordinary account and then login to it and set up a redirect there? That works and maybe Joe User could do it, but it's not simple.

More ways of doing this?

If you don't like the client, and you don't like the command line, I don't think there are any more ways of accessing a computer...

No no, now you didn't understand me right. I do like the client, but for our postmasters to make an account and then login to it is one step too much. I'd like a way of setting up the forward address when I create the account.

By the way, what do you mean by 'in the client'? Is it possible for an admin to do this easy? How then?

You can create the user with a shell script, calling omaddu and sxaa in sequence. That should do what you want as well. Or you can add a SAC plugin, but you will have to write it yourself.

There's 4 options:

1) sxaa from the command line
2) The web rules wizard, which integrates with SWA
3) The Outlook Rules Wizard
4) Editing/creating the user's 3d file manually

1 and 4 is fairly easy to script, 2 and 3 is aimed at users.
