Problem with out of office and forward rule

hi,

i have the problem that one user has create a out of office rule with auto forward to another user.
the auto reply works fine, but the emails doesn´t forward.
have somebody an idea?

and what means

It looks like your user is opting to forward anything that isn't normal, personal, private or company confidential. ie nothing.

in which document you have find this information or how can i find this...
i have search in the wiki, in the admin guide...nothing...about options with this rules.
or is this only in scalix internal docu´s??? :cry:

This looks like it's been set up by the user using SWA, rather than sxaa.

Man pages, admin guides, common sense - there are no internal only documents on this stuff :)
