accessing users' vCards through the API using mboxadmin?

Purpose: for email domain whitelisting

Is it possible to access users' vCards via the API urls with an mboxadmin enabled account?

what form would a command to get users personal contacts take?

I thought something like the following would work, but it does not, it results in a 404 error.

http://sxadmin:password@mail.domain.com ... tput=vcard
