Internet Mail Gateway - Full of email

Hi,

We have just installed the latest version of Scalix in february 2007 with the help of a [b]consultant[/b]. Since it has been installed, we have major issue with the mail server. I can't spend a day without monitoring.. if I do, then issues arises.. like this one.

Since I'm new with scalix.. It's really hard for me to troubleshoot... so..here's the issue:

For the past few days we have an internet mail queue issue.. there is over 30 000 emails that are stock . The consultant and I have a hard time to figure out what's going on and how to fix this. ALL emails of course get delayed. and users are getting really frustrated.

Would you be able to tell us what we can do to fix the issue.

As I have mentioned, I'm really a beginner.. I'm just starting to know some command.. so if there is any to run. please write them.

Hi!

Are these Serious errors similar or they are different, send a few that could give some
idea as to what is happening. Have you tried integrating ClamAV with Scalix?

I see "Service Router Stopped 08:06:41 4696" in result of "omstat -s" try running the
command "omoff -wd 0 sr" to stop Service Router, wait until you get prompt then run the
command "omon sr" to start Service Router again. Once you have run these commands,
run the command "omstat -s" again and send me the result.
