User Cannot Access Mail Via IMAP

It says his password is wrong when he tries to log in via IMAP (Thunderbird).

However, it isn't. I've reset it 4x times or more. He can log into the webmail just fine, but not IMAP. All the connection settings are correrct, also.

I did notice this error message when I ran omshowlog:

WARNING Session Monito(Session Monito) 12.22.05 12:25:38
[OM 6108] No license is available to run client - connection refused.

WARNING Session Monito(Session Monito) 12.22.05 12:25:38
[OM.DMON 2203] Number of licenses required has exceeded the number obtained:
LicensesObtained = 5
ClientLicenseReq = 9

There seems to be quite a few of these.

Looking at that, it seems like I might have too many users under enterprise user status. However, I don't have anyone under that status. Everyone is under community status. My understanding was that there was something like 5 enterprise users allowed and unlimited community users.

I'm running Scalix Community version 9.4.0.52.

I think there is an update patch running around, but I'm not sure where that would be located. Also, I've never upgraded scalix before, so I'm a little leary of doing so.

Any help would be great, thanks!

The instructions for the location and installation of the patch is in the sticky post at the top of this forum.

However, the announcement at http://www.scalix.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=825 has details of a patch subsequent to that one. The latest community version provides support for 25 Enterprise users instead of 5 in the version that you are running with.

Ok, thanks.

A question though, why does it show me to have that many enterprise users in the first place? No one is set that way? Is my version a little buggy in that regard perhaps?

The reason we released the patch back in September was for precisely what you are seeing.

I'll get to patching my system as soon as I can.
