HOWTO create an alias for a mailbox folder?

(happy new year!!! back from vacation)

In the old days prior to scalix I used to go from the unix command line and link "Sent Items" to "Sent" and "Deleted Items" to "Trash" inside user's home accounts on the server. That would easily allow for non Outlook client applications to see & file emails in their native folder convention by default, such as Thunderbird and Eudora for example.

I'd like to replicate the same functionality in Scalix mailboxes. Does anyone know if this is possible and how to do it?

Florian has told me that unfortunately, this is currently not possible with Scalix.
