Is this on Community Edition? If so, it should work fine. If it's a licensed server then you will need to make sure that the alternate domains are valid in the license file. You can probably just type over the domain name for the user shown in SAC, actually, Assuming there aren't LOTS of them.

I'm assuming you have a resonable number of domains here.

If you're trying to host domains for a large number of users, you'll want a hosting license that will allow this without restriction.

Another possibility is that when you create a user they are given a default address. Is that what you need to change?

This is just using Scalix normally. There should be no problem with this.

Are you seeing an error? Again, is this Community or a Licensed version?

Similar to how the email address can be autogenerated, the Authentication ID is also automatically generated. If you change the authID, the person will be created with no problem.

That means that the only way i can have john@domain1.com and john@domain2.com is giving they a diferent authentication id?

if that is in that way then when my clients are going to log in webmail they have to put a user that is not equal to his email, for example:

john@domain1.com his auth id is john but the another client (john@domain2.com) his auth id is john1 ? there is no way to put in the auth id john@domain1.com for one client and john@domain2.com for the another client?

Set the AuthID and the Email ID to be the same thing. That's easier for the client, and it solves your issue.

There shouldn't be any problem with that. It will default to a particular authID, but you can override that at user creation.

Are you seeing an error when you try to specify a userID that is the same as an email address? You seem to know what you should be doing, and that would be correct. If it's giving you an error, can you please post the error or a screenshot?

Are you trying to create the user through the command line or SAC?

Thanks

When you create a new user, you enter a First Name and a Last Name. After that, verify that the email address is correct. Then just above where you are asked for a password, change the Authentication ID so that it is whatever you'd prefer (I recommend the email address). Then enter a password twice and you're done.
