Can Scalix Community Edition support Active-Standby failover

As topic, can Scalix Community Edition support Active-Standby failover?
From the wiki, I understand that the Enterprise can support Active-Active clustering. The link is below:

But, I would like to ask how far can Community Edition support clustering? Can we use the Community Edition to setup such cluster discussed in the wiki?

If not, what part does the Community Edition is missing?

The CE does not support multiple servers and is not licensed for use in a clustered environment.
