Our Scalix server seems to be in trouble. The CPU utilization is at 100%, and the load is at 2; the top process is "ual.remote". Does anyone have an idea about what's going on?

That sounds like a hosed process. Can you shut omoff -d 0 rci and see if it dies? If not, do a ps -ef and kill -9 PID.

Had to kill -9 the process; everything returned to normal after that. Thanks!
