We had a mailbox that we were trying to delete yesterday, but couldn't. The problem was that the server was reporting that the user was still logged on. I killed the processes owned by the user and did an omdelu to delete the user.

Today we're trying to add the user back, but get an error about a duplicate email address (or something similar). The problem is that I still see the user in the GUI, but get an error when trying to display its properties. I also do not see the user using "omshowu -m all".

How can I delete this user that I can't find?

Nevermind, the user account didn't exist, it was simply the directory information. Doing a "omsearch -e S=surname" turned it up. Doing an "omdelent -e '(omsearch output)'" deleted it.

Sorry, tunnel vision kept me from remembering the omsearch directory issue.
