SAC not working snice 11.2.0 upgrade

I've completed upgrading from 11.1.0 to 11.2.0 and everything seemed to go fine but I have a couple problems. I can still connect to webmail and also with the outlook connector but when I try to visit https://myserver.com/sac, I get the message:
Could Not Login
The administration server is not responding.
You should check the server log files
I've checked /var/opt/scalix/ml/s/logs and the fatal log shows nothing new, just and old message from a few hours ago about the queue manager not running. I've rebooted and restarted scalix services since then and no new messages.
running /etc/init.d/scalis status shows everything is running except for the Item Structure Server.
Where do I look next to try and find the cause of this problem?
