Hello,

I set up a Scalix Server 11.2 on a Debian Etch with Debian Installer. It works well.

I´ve set the Domain Name to myinternal.local.

If i want to send an email the mails will send as user@myinternal.local.

But this user isn´t in the user table of the provider. So i´ve to map the mail address to user@myexternal.com.

How can i do this?

So why dont you setup your scalix as myexternal.com ?

If you need to keep this setup you could try to have a look at sendmail doc's regarding rewriting rules in the .cf but this might keep you busy for some time to get it working the way you want
