Scalix 11.0.3.31.

Help please!

I tried logging into SAC this morning and think that both of my administration accounts are locked out as I can't log in with either one. I have tried running

Code: Select all

omaddu -n [USERNAME]/[DOMAIN] -p [password] -c admin

in an attempt to create a new admin account, but I keep getting

[OM 8020] Invoker is not superuser or an Scalix Administrator

Someone please help me get back into this server.

Once I added the account I was using to administer the actual server to the sudoers file, I was able to create another mail administrator.

When I did login, I had about 5 users whose account were locked out. This has happened before but to only 2 accounts. I ran across another thread where others had this problem of accounts being randomly locked. Is this resolved in the latest release?
