Similar questions to this one keeps on recurring. Here is the main idea, which by the way, is always the same. Scalix doesn't send email, sendmail does

With that in mind it becomes very easy to answer your question: whichever domain is the FQDN broadcasted by the authoritative DNS server used to do the reverse resolution of the IP used by the server.

In another words, who sends out the mail has very little to do with what goes on within scalix or even sendmail, but has everything to do with how your mail server is officially "perceived" by the internet, which only has to do with it's legitimate IP address.

Having said that, your question has a component of ambiguity. Scalix offers the option of having one user with multiple domains. What will be "claimed" (***) to be the domain of the user will be by default the domain listed at the top for that user in SAC. This domain can be changed at will by many clients, not only SWA or Outloo/IMAP, and even by the MASQUERADE_AS from within sendmail.cf. This is the domain that will be seen on the Reply-To on the recipient side. I hope this is not what you are asking because of (***)

(***)You can claim to be from whatever domain in the universe you want. That's what spammers do. It doesn't mean that anybody will care. That's what anti-spam filters do.

Scalix is now releasing a new line of products, with multi-hosting, muilti-domains, etc. Whatever they do, there is absolutely nothing they can come up with to circumvent the first 3 paragraphs. The muiti-domain "feature" is basically and internal organizational layer.

If this explanation is not clear enough please be more specific, and so will we.
