Mailbox folder out of order

Hi
one of my users has more than 14000 Emails.
To give him the chance to use the SWA, I copied over 8000 Emails into one Folder, in Order to emty the Inbox-Folder.

On Friday that User needed one old Message and in Outlook it is shown after search.
As he doubleclicked that e-mail, there was an error Message like Index-or Translaion Problem.
Following I tryed to open that mail in the SWA.
As I marked that Folder, Scalix-SWA counts up to 511 Messages of 8089 - then the message that the browser is not able to show all the Messages.
After clicking another folder and reclicking that problemfolder, there were 522 Messages of 8089. On each try 11 Messages more.
I tryed again and again - restarted swa, restarted Postgres - the Scalixservices - Omscan - deleted Imap - Cache - without any result.

Is there anyone who has the same problems? Are over 8000 Messages too much in one folder?

-At the time that is the only problem the server creates -

Server: Suse 10.1
Scalix: 11.1
Connector 11.1
Ram: 3 GB
CPU : Dualcore 2,8

Ideas Needes!!! :?

okay, now I copied 2078 Emails into another Folder called "Archive"
11 by 11 Messages - now the old folder with nearly 6029 Emails on it works fine, and the new "Archive" crashes after 1029 messages from 2078.
On every try it counts 18 messages more (without closing the swa!)
As I reached 1199 it counts up to all 2078 messages.

I tried Mozilla Firefox and IE7.

As I closed the SWA-Window and reloged, the same game starts again.

As I can see, every Email is readable?!? What is the problem? Bugs? Damaged messages by import via Imap at Server migration?
Any Solution? -
I'm Sorry, but our Law will not understand such problems! We have to safe many Business - Mails over 10 years so we have to trust in scalix - make it happen!

thanks for any help ..
