One of our users sent an email to a client which bounced back. Although the address was spelled wrongly this time the user has had this problem before. The email address changes and ends up adding "our address - .mvmediagroup.co.uk" after the email address.
another user has had the same problem when replying to an email he received. this bounced back adding the .mvmediagroup.co.uk.
it seems quite strange and has happened on a few occasions now.
Is this a common issue? Any help would be appreciated.
