IMAP mad with labels/flags

Hi to all:
I'm using Thunderbird 2.0.0.6 and use IMAP. When I mark a message with a label/tag, it does it well. But when I open other folder and later go back to the first folder, the label/mark has desapeared or mark has a different color.
