DDT1=RFC-822; DDV1= Looping error message filling hard driv

Trying to find someone with Scalix Support, none of my phone numbers work. No reply to Support email for over 3 hours now.

User sent email and now it is looping sending him several emails a minute. Everyone else is working, just slow because of this. User with problem is able to send and receive in between these return error emails.

See error below: (I've "X" out email addresses for security)

because: 'A mail transport failure occurred' [OM 9205]

Supplementary Information:

553 5.1.8 <xxxxx@SoRec-EMR.com>... Domain of sender address xxxxx@SoRec-EMR.com does not exist



The message was forwarded to the local Error Manager:
postmaster / SoRec, SoRec-EMR/CN=postmaster
