License Problem

Hi There,
We just rolled out the Community edition of Scalix (11.2) and we noticed that with one user they are unable to access their mail. They are getting the following error when accessing either SAC or through IMAP...
The evaluation period for this time-limited product has expired. Please contact support@scalix.com to upgrade.
They are not set as a premium user.
Any ideas?
