Update 10 to 11

Update from Scalix 10 to Scalix 11
Errors in /var/log/mail
did not issue MAIL/EXPN/VRFY/ETRN during connection to MTA
ldap_init/ldap_bind failed to localhost in map ldapsx: Unknown error 325
mail status: stat=queued

important to change:
vi /var/opt/scalix/NN/webmail/swa.properties
swa.email.smtpServer=127.0.0.1:587
vi /var/opt/scalix/nv/s/sys/smtpd.cfg
LISTEN=127.0.0.1:587
/etc/init.d/ldapmapper restart
by using openLDAP on the machine change port: http://www.scalix.com/wiki/index.php?ti ... t_from_389
