Hy.We have an enterprice lizense with 100 aktiv uses. Suddenly a user can't log into his account. omshowlog reported missing files 000001 to 0000005. A backup of this user is impossible because on an early restore this files are also missing. Is it possible to recreate this files? Thanks for yout help.

Those files describe (IIRC) the basic folder structure for the user, where 1 is the INBOX, etc.

Without them the account can't be recovered properly. You may want to open a support call with Scalix to see if they can assist you in any way.
