Scalix Web Access Language

(I think i'm not in the good topic, a move could be done ?)
We are trying to add the French Language (with the idea to make translation and add other languages if it works).
For testing, we have add strings_fr.xml and strings_fr_FR.xml in /var/opt/scalix/wl/tomcat/webapps/webmail/WEB-INF/data
but now all the user interface (login, page, before login, during loading) is in french !!! It's not what we need.
We would like to have the main interface in english and only the main page of swa (mail,calendar, ...) in the language choosed by user
or better the use of regional settings of computer to choose the good language but it's a nice to have not mandatory...
Could you help us in understanding the scalix's logics of choosing language file ?
