Receiving mail from gmail account

In Exchange I was able to setup another account (a pop3 gmail account) from where email would also be received (and I could also send from here).

I don't see the "Email Accounts..." option on Outlook anymore under Scalix.

How can I set this up in Scalix?

Having the POP3 service and Scalix Connect in the same profile is known to cause issues, there are several threads about the issue on here. You will also not be able to send using it.

You can set it up in a separate profile, that will work without issues. The recommended solution for retrieving mail is via fetchmail on the server.
