If you want this done with all emails, you can simply add the second address as a alias to the mailbox you want to forward to, saving you a mailbox. Or you can use the Rules Wizard (web or Outlook) or sxaa to create a Redirect rule.

I have tried to add second email address but it does not allowed me to add. It said that

"Could not add the user. The email address is already being used."

Please Help!!! Thanks

Is the address being used in another mailbox already? You can only specify an email address once, as it needs to uniquely identify a mailbox.

To find it, try

omsearch -e 'IA-FORMAL=address@domain.com' -m G/I/S/IA-FORMAL

Ok... Ic. Then do you have any idea about forwarding email to those who already exists in mailbox? Example: I have an account which is 'custcare@domain.com', when someone send a message to custcare@domain.com, it will forward email to another mail users that already exist in the mailbox.

When reply to customer, i have to use custcare@domain.com to reply customer. If create custcare as a group, i cant use custcare@domain.com to reply.

Any suggestions Valerion?

Thank you very much.....

If you want to reply as another user, set up a mailbox for the second user (custcare), then delegate rights from that mailbox to yours. Of course both will have to be Premium. Also, in SAC uncheck "Add sender header to delegate's outgoing messages".

This works quite well for me, having to reply from 2 different addresses in 2 domains.
