Error Queue problems

hi all, I am gettting 1-3 entries in my error queue daily with the same kind of data...I think something must be wrong with the user that is sending these, but how do i track down what is causing these to be posted in the Error Queue. The following is a dump of one of these records:

The recipient always seems to be S=W or S=K

What's in the error log?

omshowlog -l 17

If you know approximately when it happened, you can use -p and a number of minutes so the log only displays the past few mins rather than a huge pile of data.
