Hi there, I've read in many topics of people having problems with Red Hat LVM due to Kernel issues.

Is it ok now with the new Red Hat 5?

Actually I'll use CentOS 5 but I assume it's almost the same.

Any suggestion for a server 150 Gb and more?

I've used the LVM with both CentOS-4, CentOS-5, and various versions of Scalix to backup the message stores with absolutely no problems.

Using CentOS 5 here, absolutely no problems - I think the issue refers to older kernel versions only.
