Version: Scalix 10.0.1.21

We have been using Scalix Open-Source version for a 6-user email system for quite some time.. everything went well until just ONE of the users (unhappyUser@eee.com) can no longer receive email (both internal or external).

Out of desperation, we have set up a 'mail forward' rule and have all mails routed to a new email account (temp-User@eee.com), and ALL those mails addressed to the original users get routed there.

BTW, there is no mail quota in place.

Because the person who has helped us to set up the Scalix is no longer available, we're struggling in fixing this issue ... would appreciate advice & step-by-step instructions from experts here!
