Hi @ all,
I have a problem.
If I send E-Mail over Scalix to external contacts, my Mails lands in the Spamfolder, although I go over the Provider smtp server from Hosteurope. The Scalix server has a dynamic IP in the Internet.
As I can adjust that the Mails dispatch to become correct.

Code: Select all

Hi,

Is this a spam folder ran by the ISP or is this happening using a spam filter such as the one in Outlook? Have you tried sending through the same smart host, but not through Scalix?

Thanks.
Andrew.

No, if mails user@gmx.com gets the receiver (user@gmx.com) the Mails in the Spamfolder is sent on. It is all the same whether it with the Webmailer with gmx mails calls or whether it with outlook downloaded (whereby if one only goes mail with gmx into your post office entrance before shifts).
