Hi,

Please check for any error logged around the time of the missing message (omshowlog) and post the results to get some more clue. Also the ~/logs/audit file may provide a trail of the missing message (omshowaud should display the audit level configured).

Hi,

Scanning through omshowlog output for the time window (Sept 4 16:38) there is nothing there to suggest anything has gone wrong. You want to check the audit.log file as previously mentioned to see if the message enters Scalix at all in order to narrow down at what point the message has been dropped.
