Hi,

have scalix 9.4.0 on a sles 9 server running. In the scalix administrator console I see the active user. But wenn a user close outlook (2000, XP or 2003) or logout on the webmail the user are always listed in this window?

I observe the same problem on a other server. Does not matter with client log on scalix. When the client close the connection, the sac don´t recognize this.

What can I do?

Hi Robert,

Forgive me for having to ask but I'm afraid I must. After the user has logged out are you hitting the refresh button? This page doesn't automatically refresh. You can enable automatic refresh by checking the box that says "enable automatic refresh." The refresh rate is once a minute and at this time is not configurable.
