Hello,
sometimes we lost emails sending local from one to another user.
We are using Scalix 11.1.0.45 installed on Suse 10.1.
The emails is sending from outlook (and after sending it, I see the mail in "senditems"). But we lost the mail on his way to the reciptient. Checking the log:
/var/log/mail there is no entry for this mail
I found it in the audit log 1 time:
routing
time 1188460386 Thu Aug 30 09:53:06 2007 +120
type 0 message
priority 0 normal

ack-req 0 none
ack-req 0 none
message-size 18292
delivered-count 2
The user is sending the mail a second and third time again and it works but the first one never recieved.
- What means the: delivered-count 2 ?
- Why sometimes the local mails in /var/log/mail and sometimes in the audit-log?
- How can I prevent happen this again?
Regards,
Sven
