I have a public folder, I guess by an accident, someone de-visible it for everyone. Now no one can see it, but I can find the entry from the directory search. Since there are some messages in, how can I re-visible it?

If you log in as an administrator (eg. sxadmin, or any Premium user with "Full administration" ticked in SAC), can you see it?

Also, what exactly do you mean by finding it from a directory search?

Try running omlistbbs -d 0 -b -S -s and see if the Public Folder is listed in the output, and whether it has a + at the end of the entry. If it is there, you can use ommodacln or Outlook using an administrative user to reset the permissions on it.

I can't see by omlistbbs -d 0 -b -S -s, but can find entry by omsearch -s. Does it still exist in the system?

I've got a feeling it got deleted. omsearch only searches the (by default) SYSTEM address book, which only contains a list of users and email address it receives mail for (well, mostly that). If your Public Folder had an email address it would be listed in there, so the system can find the correct point to deliver it to, but it has no other information about the Public Folder.

I suggest you recover this from a recent backup.
