ical meeting request

I have a user that on occasion will receive an Outlook meeting request. Some of the ones she receives come in fine. But others she receives have an attachment, but there is no .ics on the end of the attachment so it doesn't open. If i save the attachment and add the .ics to the end it will open and give the option to accept or decline like it should. We are running Scalix 11. She is a premium user, using connector version 11.0.3.

Where do the problem meeting requests come from ? Are they from the same user as the working ones ?

They can originate from any source. A meeting request can come in and not work, and then receive another request from the same user 5 minutes later and it will work. It appears to be totally random.

After further investigation, the meeting request are also missing in Scalix Web Access. If she forwards the email to someone and they send it back, the attachment is normal and she can accept or decline as normal. If we change from the scalix connector to imap the same message that had the attachment with not .ical extension now shows up as a meeting request with the .ical. Please help!
