folder went missing

Forgive for my ignorance, but how do I trace a folder that went missing from a user's mailbox.

At first I checked the SWA to see what the server was saying was on the server, and I've checked every folder in the hopes that she might have just moved it accidentally. I 've searched through the forum and I have already tried using 'omscan' to check and fix the user's account. I've also used 'omdump' to check for corrupted messages, however it did not indicate that any messages were corrupted (or at least not enough to suggest that the entire folder of 1000+ messages were dumped into the corrupt/poison queue).

The fatal logs show no indication where the folder might have gone.

Any suggestions on where I would look to find where it might have disappeared to? Considering that the folder belongs to a para-legal who needs every piece of email for liability purposes, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The environment is RH EL4 on a dual Intel server with 2 GB ram, using Scalix 11.1.0.4 and the corresponding Outlook connector on Outlook 2003 on Windows XP as the client.

Try going to sac, select the user, General, [Show Recovery Folder]. With any luck it will be there.
