Deleting emails and "free disk space"

Hi all,

I have the following problem::
I have added a lot of Emails (2 GB).
I have removed (in SWA) all emails, but the "free disk space" (df) is unchanged.

Emails are stored under /var/opt/scalix/sx/data
When an email is deleted in SWA or Outlook, the file is not removed from the filesystem.

Is this normal ?

Yes
The emails remain on the system for a further week, so they can be restored (via sac), just in case. A cron script cleans up the store system for good a week later.
