We have public folders, and link to external email address, to take some common incoming requests. Now we want to when someone reply those requests, the sender is the address link to the public folder.
e.g. a public folder "Ticket", take incoming messages from ticket@abc.com. When ticket group member reply the requests, all senders are ticket@abc.com, not the one actually reply the request.
But when I send the reply by typing ticket@abc.com as sender in "From" field (Outlook), I got error:
"You have not been granted permission to send messages on behalf of the specified user"
How can I setup to allow ticket group can send email from "ticket@abc.com"?
