One of my email accounts can receive outside emails all day long, yet when someone tries to send an internal email to this guy they get this reply:

Message could not be delivered to the following recipient:

<insert actual email address here>

because: Recipient name not found at destination

Any help would be much appreciated.
I am running scalix 10.x.x

Does the system directory entry match the user account?

omsearch -e s=surname/g=givename -m s/g/i/q/ou1/ia
