Yes. I am doing it.

But........

Just defining the domains as different mailnodes is NOT enough. That is what you do for the clients. You also MUST change the behaviour of the mail relaying. One way is to edit the smtpd.cfg file and add lines like:

RELAY accept foo.bar
RELAY accept bar.foo

Then restart the Mail Relay server.
