I have my New Centos 5 system running Scalix 11.1
WIth Spamassassin and spam-milter
But even before I got spamassassin configured, sending mail from my Thunderbird client takes forever. It seems.
The sending mail dialog box comes up and just hangs there. Some times it times out!
What is happening here?
I have a HUNCH it ties in with reverse address lookup. My host name on my notebook is one thing. The reverse address is something else (generic n.n.n.n.clieint.in-addr.arpa).
I CAN fix this, but is there some way to get the server to be more forgiving for local senders?
