This happens at least randomly here as well (with me the Scalix rules don't work anymore at all, the ones stored in the client do work).
Started after upgrade to Scalix 11.2 (from 11.0.4), Outlook is version 2003 with SP-3, connector 11.2.0.52).
Haven't tried yet to recreate all the rules, since I have so many of them it would be an unpleasant task...

Same here and it is a real pain!
I too don't want to have to recreate all of my rules
Any one know of a fix?

Also having this exact problem. It started happening with several test systems after being on 11.2 with Centos 4 and Centos 5 (sorry no direct experience with RedHat) for a few weeks and only with specific users. Other users on the same system continue to have the mail moved to other folders normally. In other words, Scalix has exhibited this behavior in more than one test installation and only after some period of actual use.
On thing to watch out for (and potential source of this issue) - there are apparently an number of changes which have been made to the format of the 000003d file which are not well documented. This was discovered by comparing the current contents of working 3d files to the Wiki article and various forum postings on rules editing. Some of the changes are fairly subtle and big problems with rule execution will occur if they are not respected. It could be these changes were part of getting the rules issues ironed out in version 11.0-1-2.x. But perhaps once 11.3 is released, and the bugs are squished, someone at Scalix can invest some time in updating the Wiki article with current information.
