1) Is there a way to delegate access to all directories at the same time or apply/copy delegation settings for one directory to another?
2) Is there any time alloted for improving the design of delegation?
I have a lot of users with Scalix rules where moving messages is common, some have 20 subdirectories under Inbox. Example:
Inbox
- Vendors
-- Vendor1
-- Vendor2
-- Vendor3
I want three people to have access to the above directories so that they can watch for incoming quotes and orders. To perform this is a time consuming process because I have to create delegation for (5 directories) x (3 people) and makes delegation very hard to manage. If a user quits or another user requires access the process is repeated for each individual change.
