I just want to know how to do it. I need to change the last part after the dash.

Globally Unique ID: 14fe00005e8c0554-01.01.861.291

I believe that this is the reason for Users not showing up in SAC.

Hi,

I would be tempted to suggest looking into the cause of users not displaying in SAC without resorting to changing the GUID as this is not a standard procedure and can lead to other problems down the line of not careful.

For SAC to list users in host A.B.C, the RES (Management Agent) on that system must be configured to report to this SAC and the SYSTEM directory on host A.B.C must contain the entry for the users with HOST-FQDN=A.B.C - can you check that in case the host name has been changed.

Regards,
Danny
