Can't send internal email from SWA

I am having trouble on sending internal email from SWA. From SWA, no matter type full FQDN internal email address or pickup from global address book, when click "send", the email will go to "Draft" folder, exactly like you close and save the email window. But use outlook with scalix connector is fine. Why is this gona happen? How to fix?
