Evaluation period expired message for one user

Hi,

We have a Scalix Community Edition 11.1 install that has been running very well for some time now (originally installed as 10.0.1, upgraded to 11.1).

We have 23 Premium Users and 110 Standard users on the system, and are using SWA as well Outlook MAPI connectors.

Since yesterday, one user only gets this error message when logging in to the SWA :
Evaluation period of this time-limited product has expired.

I have trawled the forums and a few suggestions have been tried :

1) Restart scalix-tomcat: on doing this the user logs in once or twice then fails after a few logins.

2) Check and fix Scalix Server dir permissions using omcheck -s -d > /tmp/permcheck. This has been done, and the server restarted.

3) Florian suggested the "Expiry" message is an erroneous message, and that the problem is something else entirely - and indeed I have IMAP warnings in the logs for this particular user - saying certain files don't exist eg :

4) When logging in from Outlook, it connects without errors but only two folders show up and no messages are displayed.

Does anyone know what the problem may be and how to resolve this issue ?
