I was wondering if there's a chance to prevent users from deleting or moving certain mail folders such as Spam or non-Spam?

As far as I know this is not possible inside a user's own mailbox. Maybe you can use a Public Folder for this and set appropriate permissions?

I guess, that wouldn't be very helpful as I am using Leigh's HowTo for SpamAssassin which requires seperate folder layouts for each mailbox. But maybe one but possibly one could solve this by running a cron checking for the existence and creating them again if they should have been deleted by the user....

But that would be a cool feature to have, DEAR ADMINS
Besides CalDav and Task (iMIP, iTIP) support of course... to get finally rid of Outlook replaced by Thunderbird....
